Dear Neighbor,

Every year the ENCA invites you to join or renew your membership.
Good communities donít just happen, involvement by their members make them happen. Since 1963 we have been providing a forum and a voice
for the enhancement towards quality of life issues. We welcome your involvement. Please take a moment to become a member or renew your membership today. The following are some issues the ENCA has addressed:

  • Initiated and spearheaded landmarking of The Main Maid Inn - an historic landmark  (approved on May 15, 2012)
  • T D Bank has replaced Patio.com - retained a local architectural historian to oversee an historical look
  • Community Cleanup and Maintenance of Median on Rte. 106 North of 25A
  • Woodstock/out-of-code use of property - retained an attorney for litigation and enforcement of code compliance and dangerous use. EVICTED - 2016
  • Speed and Parking Enforcement along Routes 106 and 25A - on-going outreach with the N. Y. S. Dept. of Transportation
  • Water for Long Island - continuing support and participation in the creation of legislation for drinking water

The ENCA needs you! Please support our efforts with your dues and your ideas at our meetings. By being involved you will stay up to date on the  challenges facing our  community. Meetings are on the 4th  Thursday of the month at 7:45 at the Community United Methodist Church, at Vernon Ave. and Route 106.
